Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $22-$25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Location: Littleton, CO
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

 Responsibilities

• Operate a miter saw to cut materials to exact specifications
• Use a drill press, hand drills, punches, and other shop tools safely and efficiently
• Perform assembly work according to drawings, templates, or verbal instructions
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure with high precision
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals
• Assist with general shop tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience using a miter saw, drill press, and common hand tools
• Strong ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately (down to fractions)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a shop or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required (typically 25–50 lbs)
• Commitment to safety and proper tool handling
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
