Job Opportunity: Production & Warehouse Associate

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Second Shift)

Pay Rate: $18.25 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. This is a full-time, second-shift position perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly: Assemble small products and components with accuracy.
• Quality Control: Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Machine Feeding: Safely load raw materials or components into production machinery.
• Stocking & Inventory: Stock products and keep work areas organized.
• Tool Operation: Utilize basic hand tools as needed for assembly or production adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to occasionally lift weights up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for the Monday–Friday schedule.
