Reach Truck Driver (Material Handler)!

Hiring Reach Truck Drivers for multiple shifts. In this role, you will ensure the safe, efficient movement of products within our distribution center while prioritizing safety, inventory accuracy, and 5S lean manufacturing principles.

Core Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks to stack/retrieve pallets from high-density racks.
• Inventory Management: Use RF scanners and WMS to track and verify product movements.
• Loading & Fulfillment: Efficiently load/unload trailers; perform put-away and picking tasks.
• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment inspections and strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain an organized workspace following 5S standards.

Typical Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a warehouse environment with reach truck proficiency.
• Certification: High School Diploma/GED and a valid forklift/reach truck certification.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift 40–75 lbs frequently.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, basic math skills, and a team-focused mindset.
