Now Hiring: Process Coach

Are you passionate about training, teamwork, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Process Coach in a Manufacturing Plant  to help develop our people, strengthen our processes, and support daily manufacturing excellence across Injection, Paint, Assembly, and Logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and audit on-the-job training for new and current associates
• Support on boarding and department-specific training needs
• Manage and support the On-The-Job Trainer program
• Ensure work instructions and processes align with IMS standards
• Track and assign training using our learning management system
• Partner with managers and team leaders to communicate updates across all shifts
• Help design, deliver, and improve training content and programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Manufacturing experience or the ability to learn quickly
• Knowledge of training concepts and experience coaching others
• A team player who can juggle multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work any shift
