Office Assistant / Receptionist (Bilingual)The Office Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role manages front-desk reception duties, assists with clerical tasks, and supports office and production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails in both languages. Maintain office records, files, and perform basic data entry. Assist with scheduling, office supplies, and shipping/receiving coordination. Provide administrative support to HR, accounting, and production teams. Maintain a professional and organized front office environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (English/Spanish)Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. Previous office or receptionist experience
