Job Opening: Arvida Labs, LLC – Shipping/Receiving Lead

Manufacturer based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Experienced Shipping and Receiving Lead.

Responsible for processing incoming/outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with carriers. This role ensures compliant, timely, and organized warehouse operations, reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

Shift: 7:00am-2:30pmPay: $25.00-27.00Key

Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments, verify item quality/quantity, and prepare, pack, and label outgoing goods.
• Inventory Control: Update inventory management systems, perform regular cycle counts, and participate in physical audits.
• Logistics & Coordination: Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to manage transportation, and investigate discrepancies.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Secondary Certificate.
• Experience in a similar warehouse/shipping role.
• Ability to use inventory software and work in a fast-paced environment.
