Food Manufacturing Company in Missouri City, TX seeking FSQA Tech to perform all required FSQA functions properly and on time to ensure consistency in producing safe/quality products.

• Inspect incoming raw material, ingredients, packaging material, and pallet inspection
• Daily functions such as thermometer calibration inspection, scale calibration, ATP swabbing, and water calibration
• Verification,
• Preoperational/GMP monitoring
• Sample submission
• Gluten test and facility GMP audit
• Perform preshipment record review
• Perform job/GMP/Food safety training with new employees
• Salary range: $18-$20
• Day and Evening shifts available 

• Experience: 1-3 years of food or beverage
• QA/QC experience in the USDA and/or FDS-regulated
• Prior experience Manufacturing facility
• Math skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Certification
