Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating machinery safely, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment according to company protocols and safety guidelines
• Perform assembly line tasks including sorting, packing, loading, and unloading materials
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately
• Meet production quotas and support on-time delivery of products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with training new employees as needed
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Package finished products for shipment, including labeling and preparation for transport

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
