Seasonal Production Team Member – ResourceMFG Toyota Manufacturing Plant, Blue Springs, MS

Overview ResourceMFG is seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Production Team Members to support manufacturing operations at the Toyota Mississippi plant in Blue Springs. These roles are integral to the production of high-quality vehicles within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must be capable of performing hands-on, physically demanding manufacturing tasks.

Term Duration

• June 1, 2026- July 31, 2026 (9 weeks)

Shift Options

• 5×8 Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
• 4×10 Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 5:15 AM
• Overtime and Saturday shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation

• Starting wage: $23.00 per hour

Available Positions

• Press, Weld, Paint, Assembly, Quality Control, Conveyance

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks in accordance with Toyota’s safety and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and components to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Adhere to standardized work instructions and production processes.
• Report any issues or abnormalities promptly to team leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate effectively to achieve team production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
• Perform repetitive motions and fine hand manipulations
• Lift up to 20 lbs safely without assistance
• Operate air, power, and vibrating tools safely
• Handle small vehicle components efficiently in a fast-paced environment
