Now Hiring Entry-Level Production Associates for Automotive Manufacturing in Madison!

Monday- Friday 8hr shifts (Must be available for 2 hours of overtime before and after shift + Saturdays)

Available Shifts:

Morning 7:00 am – 3:45 pm 

Afternoon 3:20 pm-11:50 pm 

 Night 9:00 pm- 5:30 am 

 Pay: $14.50- $15.70 

Bonus: $1 extra per hour with perfect attendance!

Job Responsibilities

• This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple.
• Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to maintain product.
• Prepares parts for shipment.
• Shipping and Receiving material handling.
• Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
• Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to train on morning shift
• Minimum 6 months relevant Assembly experience preferred
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to operate various assembly tools
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Overtime: mandatory when scheduled
