Electronic Assembler – El Cajon, CA

We are seeking Electronic Assemblers to join our fast-paced, collaborative production team. This role involves working with precision RF components in a highly technical, hands-on environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18 – $24/ hour (depending on experience)

Location: El Cajon, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed electronic assembly using a 10X microscope
• Soldering (iron and hotplate reflow)
• Cleaning, coil winding, shield/strap cutting
• Electronics tuning and testing
• Epoxy staking/potting
• Seam welding and leak testing
• Additional precision assembly tasks as needed

• Applicant must be able to present valid documentation confirming U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Legal Residency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and comfortable working with very small parts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to communicate in fluent English, reading and speaking skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
