Warehouse Technician – Forklift – MIG/TIG Welder

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Overtime: As needed based on operational demands

The Warehouse Technician is an active team member responsible for maintaining control of the division’s inventory, tools, and equipment. This role supports operational efficiency through accurate inventory tracking, tool management, and hands-on shop support including forklift operation and light welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of tools, equipment, and stock using company systems

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming materials and equipment

• Monitor stock levels and initiate requisitions to replenish inventory

• Track and document all tool transactions to support cost control and accountability

• Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear; coordinate repairs or replacements

• Retrieve tools and equipment at the close of production shifts

• Operate forklifts to move materials, tools, and equipment safely within the facility

• Perform light welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tooling and warehouse environment

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, tool room, or industrial support experience preferred

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)

• Basic welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a shop environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
