Mon-Thur:
- 1st shift 5am-3:30pm
- 2nd 3:30pm-2:00am
Pay:
- 1st shift: $15 an hour
- 2nd shift: $17 an hour
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers, Production and Fusion Tech Associates, to join our manufacturing team. These positions are ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Job duties include:
- Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed.
