Resource MFG is looking for multiple Machine Operators in the Painesville area

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Overview

 This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery while maintaining quality standards. Machine Operators load, run, unload, and move materials, monitor machine performance, perform quality checks, and follow all safety procedures to ensure smooth production.

Our crews work straight shifts and enjoy every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, providing excellent work-life balance.

Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Complete routine cleaning and general upkeep of equipment
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
