Job Opening: 1st shift machine Op
Description
Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures
Set up machines before production runs, including calibration and testing
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance teams
Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and reports
Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company guidelines
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Able to work in Hernando MS, Operating manufacturing or industrial machinery, Ability to read technical manuals, Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, Basic math and measurement skills and Attention to detail
