Job Opening: Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians

Position: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Rotating 6 p.m.–6 a.m., 4-on/4-off
Pay Range: $23–$35 per hour (based on experience)

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians are responsible for supporting the maintenance and performance of large-scale production machinery. Core duties include performing routine preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and completing required reporting. Technicians will assess the condition of machine components to determine the severity of damage and identify when major repairs are necessary, all while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role oversees the physical condition and functionality of all production equipment and supports interdepartmental tasks aimed at improving product quality, increasing productivity, and enhancing workplace safety.

Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
