Machine Operator – Resource MFG

Locations: Chardon, OH & Newbury, OH
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime available depending on production needs.

Pay: $17.00/hr – $30.00/hr- depending on experience

Resource MFG is seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators and Production Operators. Specializing in high-precision components and assemblies using advanced technologies including turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turning. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components
• Perform minor tool offsets and load materials as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
• Troubleshoot basic process or machine issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Manufacturing or machining experience is a plus — training is provided
• Comfortable working with hands and standing for long period

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to work on-site
• Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to Chardon or Newbury, OH
