Job Opening: Painting Assistant

ProLogistix is seeking a motivated Paint Assistant to join a busy production environment in Southwest Everett. The ideal candidate will assist the paint department with daily operations, support painters with prep work, maintain a clean workspace, and perform general shop duties. Previous painting experience—whether in residential, commercial, or automotive settings—is a strong plus.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | Pay: $23.28

Key Responsibilities

• Assist painters with preparation, masking, sanding, and organizing materials
• Support paint operations for various surfaces and products
• Sweep, clean, and maintain the paint shop to ensure a safe and tidy work area
• Handle basic shop tasks such as moving equipment and maintaining supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain attention to detail
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the paint team

Qualifications

• Prior experience painting houses, automobiles, or similar surfaces is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliability and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
