• 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4 PM–2 AM
• Pay: $19–$21/hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator Level 2 to join our team! This role involves operating CNC mills, performing basic setups, adjusting offsets, and troubleshooting minor issues. The ideal candidate can independently run and inspect parts while maintaining strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints. 
• Basic knowledge of tooling types and their functions.
• Consistently meets or exceeds all daily production goals.
• Proven ability to run well with low scrap.
• Able to train new operators on basic skills.
• Proficiency with all required measuring equipment.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
• Able to independently run CNC equipment and measure parts.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
