Shift: Monday – Friday 7a – 3:30p Little or no overtime

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Production Worker with prior machine operator experience to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machine operator experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
