Position: Reach Truck Forklift Associate
Location: Palatine, IL
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18–$21/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

Available Shifts:

• Sunday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday–Thursday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Truck forklift (required)
• Unload boxes from containers onto conveyor belts
• Scan and sort packages by location
• Palletize, shrink wrap, and prepare items for final distribution
• Pick, pull, pack, label, and sort fulfillment orders
• Build international PMCs with perishable products
• Work in freezer/cooler environments (steel toe boots required)
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Overtime required

Requirements:
Must be able to operate a Reach Truck forklift
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Able to work in cold storage environments
Reliable and ready to start immediately
