Essential Functions Statement(s) • Troubleshoot, support & repair of all production equipment Determine material, parts, and equipment to be used for repair, installation and stock. Install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and other related systems in all production and supporting departments Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment Inspect, operate and maintain steam, heating, cooling and water treatment systems in entire plant Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines Design and implement installation of new equipment and tools Must comply with all company safety rules and policies Other duties as assigned

Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment

Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repairs and installations

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems

Coordinate and perform scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment

Inspect, operate, and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems

Complete all required documentation in accordance with company guidelines

Design and implement the installation of new equipment and tools

Adhere to all company safety rules and policies

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (aerospace preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
