Job Opening: Equipment Operator

Shift: Morning, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Pay: $16.50 per hour

We are looking for Equipment Operators for a growing company. This position would be responsible for safely operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment to support production or warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient material handling, site preparation, loading, unloading, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, loaders, or other assigned machinery.
• Load, move, and transport materials, products, or equipment between work areas.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Read and interpret job specifications, work orders, or blueprints when necessary.
• Assist in routine maintenance, cleaning, and organization of work areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Complete required logs, records, and production documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience operating forklift
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in varying weather conditions (if applicable).
• Stand, sit, or operate machinery for extended periods.
