NOW HIRING – MIG WELDERS IN EL MIRAGE, AZ ASAP! 

$20–$29/hour DOE + Overtime | 1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time 

We are hiring MIG Welders immediately for a large-scale project. If you have real welding experience and can read blueprints in a production environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career and earn competitive pay.

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Overtime: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM) 
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Overtime: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM) 

Duties

• Identify, prevent, and correct potential safety hazards. Always maintain a clean and safe work area. 
• Prepare materials for welding based on the QMS, specifications and engineered drawings.
• Utilize appropriate tools and measuring devices. 
• Perform welds using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW following welding specifications. 
• Use chop saws, band saws, and oxy/fuel torches, hand tools, torches, arc welding equipment. 
• Achieve a pass rate of 98% or higher for all CJP and PJP welds. 
• Position structural components using chain rigging, overhead cranes, jib cranes, and other material handling equipment. 
• Inspect equipment and structural components 
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements 

• Meet pre-employment requirements, including background and drug screening
• Provide own welding helmet, gloves and steel toe boots
• 1-5 years MIG experience 
• Read and interpret blueprints 
• Adherence to PPE, safety standards, and company policies
• Pass 3G FCAW, 2G FCAW and 2F D1.3 GMAW weld tests. (*4G D1.1 FCAW; 3F D1.6 FCAW;4F D1.6 FCAW; 3G D1.6 GTAW; 2F GTAW) 
• Knowledge of oxy/fuel operations, welding processes, shop machinery
