Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM M-

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, positive, and motivated CNC Machinist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience on multiple machines in a collaborative shop environment. Employees are regularly cross-trained to work on different machines and duties, providing opportunities to grow and diversify your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using software (Mastercam) or perform manual edits

• Set up machines with correct tools and fixtures

• Run parts, perform offsets, and troubleshoot

• Read and interpret prints, measurements, and part tolerances

• Perform part inspections and maintain tools

• Maintain a high level of quality while improving efficiency

• Problem-solve independently and contribute to team solutions

• Keep work area clean and safe

• Communicate effectively with team members

• Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

• 2-year vocational degree in machining or equivalent on-the-job experience

• Comfortable using computers

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good attendance and commitment to success
