Pay Rate: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-home service calls to diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.

• Complete 8–10 customer visits per day, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring quality repairs.

• Identify and order necessary parts using electronic systems.

• Maintain accurate service records and submit reports as required.

• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional appliance repair experience required.

• Experience with multiple appliance brands and types (laundry, kitchen, refrigeration) preferred.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and multi-meters.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• EPA Type I or Universal Certification preferred.

• Sealed systems repair experience is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
