Lift Truck Operator – Normal, IL

New Pay Rates for 2025-2026! 

$17.35 per hour

1st Shift:  5:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

2nd Shift  2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Monday-Friday; occasional overtime and work on Saturday from December – February

4 Weeks Paid Training on 1st shift

The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) will safely, efficiently, and accurately moves goods within the warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Safely operate sit down lift trucks to transport, stack, and organize products
• Safely load and unload trucks, put away and pick product, and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Ensure accurate and timely movement of product to meet operational goals using scanning equipment
• Assist in inventory management
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating lift trucks.
• Ensure the integrity of products during handling and transportation
• Report any equipment malfunctions and participate in regular safety training
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors

Forklift Experience - minimum of 1 year recent experience

Sit-down propane experience is preferred

RF Scanner experience is preferred
