Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in shipping and logistics within the past year. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to support effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipments accurately, including labeling, documentation.
• Handle LTL shipments, ensuring compliance with freight and carrier requirements
• Maintain shipping records and inventory logs
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in shipping, logistics, and LTL handling
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of shipping software, bill of lading (BOL), and freight procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work Overtime.
• Must be flexible and available between 5:00 AM – 5pm during training. Regular hours will be assigned after training is completed.
