Job Title: Welder
Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM | Overtime Available
Pay Rate: $30+ per hour, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Coon Rapids, MN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hands-on, independent environment with the potential to grow into a Lead Welder position as operations expand. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing precise, high-quality welds while maintaining a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform orbital welding on high-purity components.
Operate and maintain in-house laser welding equipment.
Utilize TIG welding techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Comply with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Assist with cross-training in other production areas, including assembly, cutting, and tube production.
Support process improvement initiatives and help maintain welding equipment.

Qualifications

3–4 years of welding experience (orbital or TIG strongly preferred).
Familiarity with robotic welding systems is a plus.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. regularly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities as the team grows.
