ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators for a business in Akron OH!

Pay rate: $17.00-$20.00 based on experience 

1st and 2nd shift available 

Essential Functions of the Job:

Possess excellent knowledge of the set-up and operation of CTL Lines.

Follows established technical specifications on all types of rolled coil and associated products.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve any situation.

Ability to communicate at any level both written and verbal.

Responsible for line operation, line support workers, throughput, scrap, some machine maintenance, and quality of product.

• 1+ years of experience in a process/manufacturing environment preferably in steel processing or machine operation manufacturing 
• Prefer basic knowledge of steel and aluminum coil processing
