Job Opening: Hose Builder

We currently have a position in Haw River for a Hose builder in a manufacturing company!

Looking for someone who can train on 1st 6:00am-2:30pm report to 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm

Perform operations as required to build hose to specifications outlined on the work order and engineering master. Procedures

? Obtain work order and specification showing construction of hose to be made.

? Review entire work order and specification to ensure proper building of hose.

? Assemble required materials.

? Apply to mandrel as outlined in specifications. Ensure all materials are applied in proper sequence as outlined on the work order. ? Apply identifying part numbers to finished hose as supplied with the work order.

? Cover finished hose with nylon wrap.

? If hose is corrugated attach rope.

? Move finished hose to staging area for curing.

? Other duties: o Keep work area clean. o Empty trash cans. o Assist in other department jobs when needed or instructed by the supervisor.
