Job Title: Electrician (Master or Junior Level) Location: Rogers, MN Shift: Flexible (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrician (Master or Junior level) to join our growing plastics recycling facility in Rogers, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems critical to our production lines that convert recycled plastics into pellets for injection molding. Flexible shift options support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and controls in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on PLC-controlled machinery, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to quickly resolve electrical problems.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Master Electrician or Junior Electrician with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
