Job Title: Production Packager

Location: Streetsboro, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time 7AM-7PM, 7PM-7AM (2-2-3 Schedule)
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00

Job Summary:

ResourceMFG is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Packager to join our print and packaging operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging printed materials, conducting quality checks, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package printed materials, direct mail, and marketing products according to order specifications

• Conduct visual quality inspections for accuracy, defects, and completeness

• Assemble cartons, apply labels, insert materials, and seal packages

• Operate packaging tools and equipment such as shrink wrap machines and tape dispensers

• Maintain a clean and organized work station and follow all safety protocols

• Meet daily production targets and collaborate with press and bindery teams

• Complete required documentation and tracking of packaged orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Basic math and reading skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
