Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support customers throughout their hot tub ownership journey—from product inquiries and purchase support to troubleshooting and maintenance guidance. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding hot tub models, features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and understanding installation requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting support for hot tub operation, maintenance, and water care.
- Coordinate with the service and technical teams to resolve product issues or warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Educate customers on proper care, cleaning, and seasonal maintenance of their hot tubs.
- Stay up to date on product specifications, new models, and industry trends.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or product-based environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and explain technical product details clearly.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software.
- Interest or experience in home improvement, outdoor living, or wellness products is a plus.
