Job Opening: Mail Insert Operator

  At Prologistix we are looking for a Mail Insert Operator 

  Pay rate up to $19per hour 

  Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

  Job Requirements: 

  • General understating of USPS postal requirements for presort mail and documentation is preferred
  • Direct Mail experience preferred
  • Must be able to read write and understand English.
  • 1+ year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Mail Insert Operator/Temp to Hire: Performs and verifies own machine setups prior to manufacturing  ( USPS Machine Operator required)  • Maintains Integrity and organization of USPS presort mailings of First Class Letters/Flats, Marketing Mail Letters/Flats for Permit Imprint, and Metered mail. 

  • Trains new and less experienced operators • Completes required daily maintenance paperwork 

  • Maintains equipment in good working order and maintains a clean work area 

  • Lifting up to 40lbs • Required to stand long periods 

  • General understating of USPS postal requirements for presort mail and documentation is preferred 

  • 1+ year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
