Responsible for assuring work processes are completed and performed properly. Safely and securely sort pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards. Oversees and manages woodchip grinder. Operates forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count pallets. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conducts operations in a manner than promotes safety and complies with OSHA standards. Assists the Lowe’s team with planning and the fulfillment of objectives. Provides the Lowe’s team with frequent updates, results, and recommendations.
