Job Opening: Customer Support/Sales Representative (Littleton)

Pay: $23-$27/hr DOE
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm M-F
Job Description:
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers. Provide information about products and services. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
Duties:
Speaking to up 50 customers per day live in person, via chat and phone
Responding to sales tickets and emails
Process invoices via QuickBooks (training is provided but experience is great)
Requirements:
Like working with people.
Background in construction, carpentry or design is a plus.
Knowing how to use tape measure and handyman knowledge is a big plus.
MS Office experience required
Previous customer service experience required. Sales experience a big plus.
