Job Posting: General Labor – Shop Helper
Location: New Hudson

Position: General Labor / Shop Helper

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift:

• Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 4:30 PM

• Occasional overtime available on Fridays

• Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Breaks: 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM and one additional afternoon break

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the de-burring process (loading/unloading product from machines)

• Manual de-burring as needed

• Move finished products to shipping area

• General shop maintenance (cleaning, sweeping, taking out trash)

• May receive training to operate machines or forklifts

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – just bring a strong work ethic and reliability

• Must be capable of heavy lifting

• Comfortable working in a large manufacturing environment with various metal products

• Must follow all safety protocols

PPE Requirements:

• Safety glasses and gloves (provided)

• Long pants required

• No cutoff shirts

• Work boots (non-steel toe is acceptable)
