Job Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are properly prepared for powder coating process
• Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
• Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
• Maintain steady flow of work with minimal stops without sacrificing quality
• Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation for defects
• Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time frames
• Ensure that all components are produced, coated efficiently and are consistent with the company established goals for quality and customer performance
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the operation
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met to insure a safe work environment, follow best safety practices and all OSHA safety regulations
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management right away
• Keep work area clean and organized

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant Powder Coating experience
• Knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings, wash and pretreatments
• HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques
• Passion of Powder Coating and quality commitment
• Bilingual A SUPER PLUS
