1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
$17-$19 per hour (based on experience)

With a commitment to precision and efficiency, we take pride in producing top-tier steel products for our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Steel Roll Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate steel rolling machinery to process materials according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

Monitor machine settings, adjustments, and production flow to ensure quality output.

Inspect finished steel products for precision, uniformity, and defects.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Assist in troubleshooting and routine maintenance of rolling equipment.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Be available for mandatory overtime when required.
Qualifications:

Previous steel industry experience is required.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.

Capable of working in a physically demanding environment.

Reliable transportation and ability to work 1st shift.
