Steel Roll Operator

 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

 $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)

 We are recruiting for a local, family-owned business specializing in high-quality steel processing and manufacturing. With a commitment to precision and efficiency, we take pride in producing top-tier steel products for our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Steel Roll Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate steel rolling machinery to process materials according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

• Monitor machine settings, adjustments, and production flow to ensure quality output.

• Inspect finished steel products for precision, uniformity, and defects.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Assist in troubleshooting and routine maintenance of rolling equipment.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Be available for mandatory overtime when required.

Qualifications:

• Previous steel industry experience is required.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.

• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work 1st shift.
