1st shift ( 7:00 AM-3:30 PM)

2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Mandatory OT at times

$22-$25 per hour (based on experience)

On site weld test-must have gear

 We are recruiting for a  local, family-owned business with a strong reputation for precision and quality in metal fabrication. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to help us continue delivering top-tier products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding with precision and efficiency.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to meet project requirements.

• Operate fabrication equipment, including grinders, saws, and presses.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Be available for mandatory overtime when required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding is required.

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly preferred.

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work 2nd shift.
