- Make pre-delivery calls to confirm delivery details and ensure customer availability.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers via phone and email.
- Accurately input customer and delivery data into company systems.
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate delivery updates or changes.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
