We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced, third-party logistics (3PL) environment. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate logistics activities across shifts to ensure seamless daily operations

• Work closely with the Logistics Manager to plan and improve processes in line with service standards

• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet customer and company expectations

• Partner directly with the customer to support a successful and collaborative relationship

• Build and lead a high-performing team—set schedules, conduct check-ins, and celebrate successes

• Champion safety, security, and compliance with all company policies

• Promote a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by cultivating team spirit and open communication

• Contribute to financial performance by understanding cost drivers and identifying improvement areas

• Support onboarding and training for new hires, helping them integrate and succeed from day one

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution leadership

• Strong understanding of logistics workflows and warehouse best practices

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Experience in a 3PL environment is a plus

• Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance metrics

• A proactive, team-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Flexibility to work various shifts and support operational needs as required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment (3PL experience a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety best practices
