POSITION SUMMARY:
This position operates within the scope of testing equipment and communicating with customers through acceptance testing and field service for oil and gas. The test supervisor will be overseeing the process of operating and testing fracking, coil tubing, and cementing equipment. This role will require the ability to operate and test Oil and Gas equipment as well. This role functions as part of the operations team. This position reports to the Production Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position is responsible for all the following:
- Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
- Always understand and comply with all PPE requirements, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
- Perform all tasks per established quality and efficiency standards.
- Follow action and communication protocols for nonstandard deviation in processes or materials.
- Review and approve time and attendance in a timely manner.
- Manage and verify for completion of group and individual training.
- Provide disciplinary actions as required.
- Manage and verify build book and test documentation completion.
- Work and plan daily with other department supervisors for an efficient transition of equipment from one department to the other.
- Verify that all procedures that have been implemented are being complete in the time frame required.
- Confirm that all equipment is complete and tested to the test plan.
- Work with Electronics Specialist to keep testing running according to plan.
- Communicate to engineering of any changes need to test document.
- Plan and work to the test plan from Start-Up through Customer Acceptance Test.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma, GED or similar experience.

Vocational school/training.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The performance of this position will require exposure to areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and other mandatory safety equipment.
- For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sit or Stand as needed
- Standing and walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day
- Reaching, pushing, pulling or lifting as required within limits
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
