Job Opening: Production Associate-PIT

ResourceMFG is hiring a Production Associate to support a leading chemical manufacturer in Sparta, TN. Their products are used in automotive interiors, consumer goods, power tools, and more!

Schedule: 12 hour shifts on a rotating 2,3 schedule 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support production operations as directed by management.

• Operate a forklift (experience required).

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Solve problems and stay self-motivated.

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Requirements:

• Forklift experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Comfortable lifting heavy materials.
