Pay: $30.00-$33.00 a hour
First Shift: 6:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday-Thursday, with 10 hours a days

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Control Specialist plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process and reports to the Director of Procurement & Logistics. The incumbent will assist with the construction of all equipment builds, distribute workload according to current priorities, coordinate assembly details on equipment with the manufacturing group, and work on manufacturing specified machine builds within the production area.
Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Perform manufacturing activities with engineering and operations.
- Work with the engineering team to plan the construction efforts based on the associated job numbers.
- Submits change requests to engineering as discovered during production planning or manufacturing.
- Provides feedback to engineering to improve release packages.
- Distributes work orders to departments, denoting quantity, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
- Constructs inventory and manufacturing data in Oracle Fusion ERP/MRP (Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing) based on engineering drawings.
- Assists in archiving project correspondence and documentation.
- Maintains a comprehensive history of all production and purchasing activities undertaken for construction projects.
- Identifies and documents suggestions for process improvements and enhancements to increase effectiveness and productivity.
Qualification Requirements:

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) is a must.
- Auto-Cad and SolidWorks experience.
- Oracle Fusion expertise is preferred.
- Excellent Mechanical Aptitude.
- Knowledge of purchasing and inventory skills.
