A growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking Filling Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring aseptic filling equipment in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance.
Essential Responsibilities
Set up and configure filling equipment for production batches.
Monitor filling operations to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Perform equipment adjustments, calibrations, and minor troubleshooting.
Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, as required.
Conduct environmental monitoring and in-process quality checks.
Clean and sanitize filling equipment and cleanroom areas using aseptic techniques.
Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately.
Follow cGMP, GDP, FDA, and company quality requirements.
Report equipment issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Manufacturing or pharmaceutical production experience preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom operations, and aseptic practices.
Ability to read and follow SOPs and batch records.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, verifying product quantities and condition upon receipt and shipment.
Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
Store products in designated warehouse locations.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Job Summary
ResourceMFG is seeking skilled and dependable Assembly Technicians to join a leading manufacturing team in Durham, NC. In this role, you will assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components used in industrial power-generation equipment, including generators and related assemblies.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install generator components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Construct, rebuild, and integrate mechanical and electrical subassemblies used in industrial generators.
- Inspect assemblies throughout the production process to verify alignment, fit, wiring accuracy, and overall quality.
- Utilize manual and power tools, including drills, grinders, and electrical tools.
- Assemble external generator components and metal structures.
