•    Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
•    Fabricating & Designing build fixtures.
•    Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
•    Setting up metal working machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, and saws.
•    Reviewing drawings prior to the beginning of fabrication. 
•    Perform quality checks on completed products.
•    Complete inspection reports.
•    Fabricate components in a timely manner to maintain schedule.

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements
•    Vocational training certificate or College degree.

Experience
•    2-5 years’ experience as a Fitter/Fabricator.
•    AWS welding certification.
•    Proficiency in using shop equipment.
•    Hi-lo License.
•    Rigging and overhead crane use.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive “can-do” attitude.
•    Possess excellent communication skills.
•    Automotive Conveyor Fabrication a plus.

• Location: Romulus, MI
• Shifts Available:
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)
  • 4:00 PM – 2:20 AM (Second Shift)

?? Pay & Incentives

• $16.00/hr – First Shift
• $16.35/hr – Second Shift
• $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance

?? What You’ll Do

• Assemble cooling systems for Ford vehicles
• Use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals

? Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
• Comfortable with repetitive assembly tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
