Job Requirements

• Receive raw materials, components, and finished goods from suppliers and internal transfers
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or quality concerns and report issues to supervision
• Label, tag, and store materials according to warehouse and production requirements
• Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to unload trucks and move materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials and finished goods for outbound shipments
• Confirm counts, weights, labeling, and packaging meet shipping requirements
• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Complete required shipping documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems and scanners
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories
• Follow material rotation and traceability requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dock and storage areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety and housekeeping standards

• Day Shift
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime
• $22 per hour

• Ability to safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted shifts as needed

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal alloys
• Load and unload materials and finished parts using appropriate material handling equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, job travelers, and work instructions
• Program or edit CNC laser programs, including nesting, offsets, and kerf adjustments
• Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe operation
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Document production activity and follow established workflow procedures
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervision or maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean manufacturing

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred
• 1 to 3 years of CNC laser cutting experience
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Basic knowledge of CNC controls, laser cutting processes, and metal materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience with Amada, Mazak, Trumpf, Bystronic, or Fanuc controls
• CAD CAM or nesting software experience
• Familiarity with ISO, ASME, or customer quality standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
