We are hiring Busbar Assemblers to support the production of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves assembling copper and aluminum busbars used to distribute electrical power within switchgear and control panels. No electrical license is required. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following blueprints, and building quality products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble copper and aluminum busbars used to carry electrical power inside panels and switchgear
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, layouts, and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and measuring devices
- Measure, align, and install components accurately according to specifications
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
